Position: Sr. Brand Executive – Consumer Brands

Responsibilities & Context:

  • Prepare and implement appropriate Marketing Plan and Strategy for existing responsible products and as well as newly assigned products.
  • Analyze present market, forecast potential market and suggest relevant ideas in terms of product, price, and promotion.
  • Prepare the yearly sales budget and profit and loss statement of the assigned products and also the expected sales forecasting for the coming year.
  • Prepare the monthly promotional plan as per the promotional budget and to implement and monitor the impact of the promotional activities minutely.
  • Monitor national sales achievement against the budget as well as the target in respect of volume and turnover and to evaluate individual depot performance.
  • Prepare promotional materials. Ensure continuous supply and maintain stock level of the responsible products at all depots.
  • Prepare and up-date the costing of the responsible products with the price change of raw materials and other parameters.
  • Visit market to monitor competitor’s activities and market situation and accordingly propose the measures to be taken and up date the Marketing Plan.
  • Help in developing the packing materials of the assigned new products.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in relevant sectors
  • Industry Preference: FMCG, Packaged Food/Beverage, Cosmetics/Toiletries/Personal Care, Chemical Industry, Group of Companies
