Educational Requirements
- Master’s degree with no 3rd division/class in any academic examination
- Graduation in Engineering in any discipline from a UGC-approved university
- GPA below 2.00 in SSC & HSC or equivalent, and CGPA below 2.25 (out of 4 scale) or below 2.813 (out of 5 scale) in Hons or Pass & Masters or equivalent will be treated as 3rd division/class.
Other Requirements
- Strong communication skills in both speaking and writing
- Excellence in interpersonal skills
- Conversant with modern technology and must have technical skills
- Good operational skills in MS Office
- Candidates in service must apply through proper channel
- Selected candidates will be required to execute a Surety Bond to serve the bank for a minimum period of five (05) years from the date of joining
Age Limits
- Minimum 22 years and maximum 32 years as per BRPD Circular No. 54 dated 12.12.2024, calculated as of 16 October 2025
- Original certificate of SSC/equivalent examination must be produced as proof of age (no affidavit will be accepted)
Salary & Allowances
- As per the existing policy of the bank
- During probation, consolidated salary of Tk. 28,000/- per month
