Eligibility & Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Education: Completion of a University Degree (Bachelor’s or equivalent). Preference will be given to degrees in Finance, Economics, Business, Information Technology, or relevant fields.
  • Experience: A minimum of 6 years of professional experience in Budget and Programming or a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in both written and spoken English and Bangla.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will provide specialized support for project financial performance, including:

  • Financial Analysis: Reviewing budget plans and monitoring project performance to optimize resource use.
  • Fund Management: Analyzing fund/grant balances to identify surpluses or deficits and suggesting corrective measures.
  • Pipeline Management: Monitoring pipelines to prevent breaks and ensure operational effectiveness.
  • Data Integrity: Entering and maintaining accurate budget plans and revisions in corporate systems.
  • Reporting: Preparing periodic and ad hoc reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Emergency Preparedness: Following standard practices to ensure rapid response during crises.
