The Bangladesh Open University (BOU) has opened admission for its Postgraduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) programme under the School of Business for the 2312 semester. The programme is exclusively designed for commerce graduates and offers a limited number of seats.

Applicants must hold a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) or an equivalent degree and obtain a minimum of 9 points to be eligible for admission. The university follows a point-based selection system, where academic qualifications are assessed, and 10 percent of the applicant’s age is added as points. Furthermore, candidates will be awarded an additional point for each postgraduate degree they have completed.

The application fee for the programme is Tk 100. Applications must be submitted by 31 July 2025. The list of selected candidates will be published on 4 August 2025. Those selected will be required to complete their admission formalities between 5 August and 10 September 2025. Tutorial classes are scheduled to commence on 12 September 2025.

Applicants must submit their applications at designated regional centres, which include the Dhaka Regional Centre located at 4/K, Govt. Laboratory School Road, Dhanmondi, Dhaka; the Chattogram Regional Centre situated on CRB Road (west side of Chattogram Stadium); and the Rangpur Regional Centre located on RK Road, adjacent to the Central Bus Terminal in Rangpur.

The programme’s tutorial support will be conducted at selected study centres, namely Dhaka College in Dhaka, Government City College in Chattogram, and Begum Rokeya University in Rangpur.

University officials have advised interested applicants to act promptly, as seats are limited and competition is expected to be high. All necessary information, including detailed eligibility criteria and application instructions, is available on the official BOU website at https://www.bou.ac.bd.
