Applications for the Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET) admission tests for the 2025–26 academic session will open on 16 November. The written examinations are scheduled for 10 January 2026.
The online application process will continue until 2 December, while applicants can pay the application fee until 4 December. The admission test will be held in two shifts, morning and afternoon, under Module A and Module B categories. This year, BUET has removed the preliminary multiple-choice screening test. The application fee is fixed at Tk 1,300 and Tk 1,500, depending on the category, covering engineering departments, urban and regional planning, and architecture.
The merit list of successful candidates will be published on 7 February 2026.
