The EMPG is a one-year course designed for fresh graduates and executives from the corporate sector, development organisations, embassies, and the public sector. It aims to enrich professional competency with specialisations available in:

• Programme Management
• Human Resource Development
• Policy Analysis

Eligibility Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from any UGC-approved university in Bangladesh or abroad.
• Minimum CGPA of 2.25 for NSU graduates or 2.50 for others.
• At least second-class results in all previous examinations.

Scholarships and Tuition Fee Waivers

Various financial assistance options are available, with 25 scholarships/financial aid packages awarded annually:

• Admission Test Merit List: 50% waiver for 1st place; 25% waiver for 2nd and 3rd place.
• NSU Graduate Applicants: 75% waiver for CGPA $\ge$ 3.75; 50% waiver for CGPA $\ge$ 3.50.
• Other University Graduates: 20%–50% waiver for CGPA $\ge$ 3.50.
• International Applicants: 50%–100% waiver for CGPA $\ge$ 3.00 (requires IELTS score $\ge$ 6.00).
