The Department of Social Work at Jagannath University invites applications from eligible candidates for admission into the one-year Specialized Masters Programme (Professional) for the Spring 2025-2026 session.

Admission Requirements
- Applicants must have a 4-year Bachelor (Honours) or a Masters degree in any discipline from a recognised university (including National University affiliated government and private colleges).
- A minimum 2nd Class or a CGPA of 2.25 is required.
Important Dates & Schedule
- Application Deadline: 05 February 2026 (During office hours, including Fridays).
- Admission Test: 06 February 2026 at 11:00 AM.
- Result Publication: 06 February 2026 at 07:30 PM.
- Admission Period: 08 February 2026 to 28 February 2026.
- Class Commencement: 06 March 2026.
- Class Schedule: Friday and Saturday (Weekly).
Application Procedure
- In-Person: Collect the application form from the Department of Social Work office. Submit the completed form along with an application fee of 1,200/- BDT.
- Online/Remote: Download the form from jnu.ac.bd/department/portal/social_work/notice.
- Pay the fee of 1,220/- BDT via bKash to 01719143450.
- Submit the completed form (including the transaction ID), copies of all certificates, and transcripts via Courier, Post, or scanned email to [email protected].
