The Institute of Biological Sciences (IBSc) at Rajshahi University has begun the process of selecting candidates for the position of Research Assistant.

Eligibility requirements

• Applicants must hold a master’s degree in Life Science with a minimum CGPA of 3.5 out of 4.
• Applicants must be under 37 years of age.
• At least one research article published in an internationally recognised indexed journal is required.

Important information

• Good quality publications (with a Thomson Reuters impact factor of 2.00 or above) will be considered as excellent performance during the fellowship. In this case, the 12-month fellowship cannot be extended.
• Under no circumstances will the fellowship duration exceed 24 months.

• A bank draft or deposit slip of 2,000 BDT payable to the Director, Institute of Biological Sciences, Rajshahi University. The money should be deposited into Savings Account No. 0200002264111, Agrani Bank, Rajshahi University Branch.
• Attested copies of all academic certificates and mark sheets.
• Two passport-sized photographs.
• A copy of the published research article.
