This initiative aims to provide brilliant international students with the opportunity to pursue higher education at top-tier Turkish universities for the 2026-2027 academic session.

2. Benefits & Monthly Stipend
This is a comprehensive, fully funded scholarship. The package includes:
- Full Tuition Fee Waiver
- Accommodation & Health Insurance
- Round-trip Airfare
- One-year Turkish Language Course
Monthly Stipend Rates:
- Undergraduate: 800 Turkish Lira (TL) per month
- Master’s: 1,100 Turkish Lira (TL) per month
- PhD: 1,600 Turkish Lira (TL) per month
- Research: 3,000 Turkish Lira (TL) per month
3. Eligibility Criteria & Age Limits
Applicants must meet the following academic performance and age requirements:
