The Teacher Preparation Programme (TPP) is a unique endeavour of the Aga Khan Academies worldwide. It aims to identify and nurture talented teachers from the host country of the Academy and train them to become International Baccalaureate (IB) certified teachers through a rigorous journey of 18 months in the national and international periphery. TPP allows the fellows to gain hands-on experience in teaching with exposure up to international education standards.

Fresh graduates in the following disciplines from reputed universities can apply for the fellowship:

• Chemistry
• Physics
• Bangla
• Drama
• Visual art
• Physical Education
• Music

Eligibility

• Fresh graduates with a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree (applicants must have completed all credits in or after 2023)
• Excellent skill in English
• Passionate about teaching or up for pursuing a career as an educator
