Unilever Future Leaders Programme in Bangladesh is part of a global leadership programme to build top-performing and high potential undergraduate talent into future leaders featuring cross-pillar rotations with international exposure opportunities.
The 15-month programme is designed to grow you as a talent for future leadership through hands-on learning alongside world-class experts in a fast-paced work environment. After successful graduation from the programme, candidates are placed into an accelerated career trajectory.
Who are we looking for?
- Fresh graduates/ candidates with maximum 1 year of full-time work experience
- Demonstrated examples in developing leadership and teamwork skills
