The timeline for online applications, result publication, verification, and college admission for the final (fourth) phase of Class XI admission for the 2025–26 academic year has been extended. Students can now apply online for two days starting Sunday (21 September). The announcement was made in an urgent notice signed by Professor Dr Khondokar Ehsanul Kabir, President of the Bangladesh Inter-Education Board Coordination Committee and Chairman of the Dhaka Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education.

The extension follows requests from students, guardians, and principals of various colleges. Applicants must follow the complete instructions provided on the admission websites designated by the education boards (https://www.xiclassadmission.gov.bd).

Students and guardians must apply to a minimum of five and a maximum of ten colleges, taking into account available seats. Eligible applicants for the fourth phase include those who did not apply previously, those who applied but were not selected by any college, and students who received final nomination but could not complete admission or verification within the designated time.

Applications for the fourth phase will be accepted online from 21 to 22 September until 10:00 PM. Results will be published on 24 September at 8:00 PM. Selection verification will take place from 25 to 26 September until 8:00 PM, and admitted students must complete college admission on 28 and 29 September.

The notice emphasises that, in accordance with the Class XI Admission Guidelines–2025, no manual admission will be allowed; all admissions must be conducted online. Relevant institutions, guardians, and students have been informed accordingly.
