The Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) and equivalent examination routine for 2025 has been published by the country’s eight general education boards.

According to the schedule announced by the Inter-Education Board Coordination Sub-Committee, the HSC exams will begin on 26 June and continue until 10 August.

Students must be seated in the examination halls at least 30 minutes before the exams begin. The schedule may change, if necessary, the board authorities have said.

This year’s HSC exams will start with Bangla First Paper. On designated days, the morning exams will be held from 10:00am to 1:00pm, while the afternoon sessions will run from 2:00pm to 5:00pm. Practical exams will be held between 11 and 21 August.

The exam schedule, signed by Professor SM Kamal Uddin Haider, convener of the Inter-Education Board Examination Controller Committee, outlines the following dates for key subjects:

Morning shift (10:00am – 1:00pm)
