HSC form fill-up starts on 2 March, fees increased

The HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate) examination form fill-up for 2025 will begin on 2 March and continue until 10 March, with the last date for fee payment set for 11 March. The form fill-up fee has increased across all streams compared to last year.

According to a notification from the Dhaka Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board, students can still complete their forms with a late fee between 12 and 17 March, and payment can be made until 18 March.

New Fee Structure:

  • Science: Tk2,785 (up from Tk2,680 last year, an increase of Tk105).
  • Business and Humanities: TK2,225 BDT (up from Tk2,120 last year).

The HSC exam format remains unchanged, with three-hour exams per subject. The theoretical exams will have multiple-choice and creative sections, while subjects like Physics, Chemistry, ICT, and Geography will include practical tests.

The board previously announced that test (preliminary) exams must be completed by 27 February, before the form fill-up process begins.
