Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology (RUET) has released the final admission test results for the 2024-25 academic session. The results were announced on 26 February via a notice signed by Admission Test Committee Chairman Prof Dr Md Robiul Islam.
This year, the admission test was conducted in two phases. A preliminary test on 8 February shortlisted 8,002 candidates, who then sat for the final exam on 20 February. RUET has resumed its independent admission process after the 2019-20 session.
A total of 1,235 seats are available across 14 departments, including five reserved for indigenous and Chittagong Hill Tracts students. Candidates must submit their choice preferences online between 8 and 15 March via the RUET admission portal.
Selected candidates ranked 1-1,200 must appear before the verification board on 19 March, while health examinations will be conducted the same day. Admission fees of Tk18,500 must be deposited at Rupali Bank’s RUET branch on 20 March.
