The FEB-JU Club of Jahangirnagar University is set to celebrate its tenth anniversary by hosting a Food Carnival on November 9 at the TSC premises. Designed to inspire young entrepreneurs, this event provides an ideal platform for students to showcase their culinary talents, bringing them one step closer to realizing their entrepreneurial dreams.
The Food Carnival, scheduled from 12 PM to 5 PM, is open to aspiring entrepreneurs within Jahangirnagar University, where participants will present a variety of dishes across four categories: Bengali foods (Biryani, Tehari, Polao, Curries), Foreign Cuisine (Chinese, Indian, Turkish, Italian, and more), Snacks, and Desserts & Drinks. FEB Club President Sartaj Arefin Khan highlighted the event’s purpose, stating, “Our club’s primary goal is to foster young entrepreneurs. This initiative is intended to support students on their journey to entrepreneurship.”
FEB Club will arrange food stalls for each participant to display their creations, and judging will be conducted by a special chef from the title sponsor, Ahar, alongside the esteemed Dean of the Faculty of Business Studies, Professor Nigar Sultana. All participants will receive certificates for their efforts, and the top three chefs will be awarded crests for their exceptional performances.
