  • Implement and improve customer service policies to enhance service quality and satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve the company’s goals and objectives

  • Offering personalized support and resolving complaints effectively.
  • Manage customer’s service through professionalism and responsiveness.
  • To work as proactive team member to enhance team performance and service delivery.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve customer journeys.
  • Work proactively to support company objectives and ensure seamless communication.
  • Plan and execute strategies to meet revenue targets, tracking progress and adapting as needed.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and prepare timely reports on service performance and customer feedback.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, demonstrating empathy and problem-solving skills under pressure.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering

Experience

  • 8 to 12 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Group of Companies, Developer

Additional Requirements: Age 30 to 40 years
