Responsibilities & Context

  • To promote harmonious relation and to do liaison work between the workers & the management.
  • To get the grievance & complains of workers with regard to their service conditions redressed as expeditiously as possible.
  • To organize & supervise labor welfare work.
  • To assist in the organization of Safety propagation, training courses, suggestion schemes, recreational facilities, individual personnel problems and education of workers children; etc.

Requirements

Education: Master of Business Administration (MBA)

Experience

  • 1 to 2 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Additional Requirements

  • Age 23 to 30 years
  • Have good presentation & communication skills.
  • Experienced in any Textile/ Garments will be preferable.
  • Candidate who interested to stay near the factory is more preferable.
