Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager, Human Resources | ACI Formulations Limited

Responsibilities & Context

  • Work and partner with the sales team to develop, implement and drive results increasing organizational effectiveness and efficiency for sales workforce.
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies, manage job postings, conduct interviews, and ensure positions are filled within the stipulated timeline.
  • Develop and implement tailored engagement activities to boost employee morale and commitment, while conducting regular feedback sessions to monitor engagement levels and address program-specific concerns.
  • Offer guidance and clarification on HR policies and procedures to ensure understanding and compliance across the organization.
  • Support managers in the performance evaluation process, ensuring alignment with business goals, and assist in developing performance improvement plans.
  • Develop and execute strategies to retain high performers by providing growth opportunities & rewards.
  • Assist & implement organizational development activities.
  • Conduct various surveys & exit interviews when required.
  • Maintain and analyze industry databases, conduct competitive analysis, and oversee activities while providing reports.
  • Carry out field visits to evaluate operations, collect insights, and ensure alignment.
  • Attend monthly meetings to review progress, discuss updates, and align on key initiatives.
  • Provide data-driven insights and analytics to support decision-making on HR matters.
  • Perform any other task assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management

Experience

  • 5 to 7 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Group of Companies, Chemical Industries
