Intern – HR | Kazi Farms Group

Responsibilities & Context

Job Context: Kazi Farms is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team. In this role, you will assist with a variety of HR tasks and projects while gaining hands-on experience in the field. If you are looking to jump-start your career in HR, this is the opportunity for you!

Duration: 3 months.

  • Call candidates, schedule interviews, and facilitate smooth communication between candidates and interviewers.
  • Collect required documents from new hires and support the on-boarding process.
  • Maintain and update records of upcoming joiners while tracking their on-boarding status.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating employee engagement programs and HR events.
  • Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team for daily operations.
  • Assist in performance and rewards initiatives, including data management and documentation.

Compensation & Other Benefits

  • Remuneration: BDT 7,000 (Per month).

Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management from any reputed University.
  • University last semester students who already completed all academic courses except internship can also apply (major in HRM).

Additional Requirements

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
