Responsibilities & Context

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and optimize manufacturing processes.

• Assist in product specification, design, and development for various speaker system.

• Conduct market research to identify trend, customer need, and industry innovation.

• Coordinate with R&D, engineering, and production team for product prototyping and quality control.

• Work with supplier to source material and ensure cost-effective production.

• Support product testing, launch strategies, and performance tracking.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor/Honors, Masters
• Bachelors/ Masters in EEE/ ME or any relevant field.

Experience: 3 to 5 years

Additional Requirements

• Age 28 to 35 years
• Technical knowledge of speaker components (woofers, tweeters, amplifiers).
• Attention to detail in product design and quality control.
• Analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making.
• Team collaboration and leadership skills.
