Responsibilities & Context

Source all kind of trims and accessories from local and foreign suppliers including purchase cost analysis, quality development, price negotiation.
Source, analyze and enlist new suppliers for trims and accessories.
Procure Trims and accessories based on requirement including order placing, goods in-house follow-up, payment proceed and follow-up, after delivery issue solving with factory and suppliers.
Maintain proper follow up tracking for procurement and record keeping of necessary documents e.g. approval copy.
Cost saving analysis and budget planning to ensure minimum cost for required quality and quantity.
Work on projection to save costing of procurement process and facilitate on-time delivery.
Analyze suppliers’ performance to ensure smooth procurement process.
Communicate and co-operate with other departments.
Maintain good business relation with suppliers.

Requirements

Education

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Supply Chain Management, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology

Experience

At least 2 years
