The deadline for submitting student information on the HSP software for stipend applications under the 2024–25 academic year has been extended for eligible students in Grade 6, Grade 9 (in special cases), and first-year students of Class 11 and Alim (or equivalent level).
According to a circular published on Sunday on the website of the Prime Minister’s Education Assistance Trust, applications can now be submitted until 15 May. Upazila or Thana Secondary Education Officers have been instructed to send the applications for final approval on the HSP software by 20 May.
The circular stated that under the Integrated Stipend Programme of the Prime Minister’s Education Assistance Trust—operating under the Secondary and Higher Education Division of the Ministry of Education—the previous deadline for educational institutions to input and forward student data to the respective upazila offices was from 30 April to 7 May.
However, in special consideration, this deadline has now been extended to 15 May. The data entry and submission option on the HSP platform will automatically close at midnight on that day.
