A total of 24 talented athletes from Bangladesh have successfully participated in the prestigious international duathlon event, Powerman Malaysia 2025, held in Putrajaya, Malaysia.

From 20 to 22 June, participants competed in this global multi-sport event, which challenges athletes to complete three gruelling stages — run, bike, and run again. The Bangladeshi athletes displayed exceptional skill, strength, and endurance, pushing past their limits with remarkable determination.

Team Bangladesh competed in two race categories:

          •         16 athletes in the Classic Category (10 km run – 60 km cycling – 10 km run)

          •         8 athletes in the Short Category (5 km run – 30 km cycling – 5 km run)

At every phase of the competition, they gave their absolute best and made Bangladesh proud through their dedication and sportsmanship.

Their participation wasn’t just about racing — they made history. They raised the red and green flag high on the international stage and inspired the next generation of athletes in Bangladesh.
