In a vibrant collaboration between Prime Bank and the Career Club of Jessore University of Science and Technology (JUST), a seminar titled “Financial Inclusion: Engaging and Inspiring Youth in Banking” was held yesterday (27 July) 2025 at the JUST campus. The session aimed to foster financial literacy and encourage students to explore career paths in the banking sector.

Through an engaging format that included an interactive question-answer segment and a case-solving session, the seminar not only educated but also actively involved students in real-life banking challenges. The discussion focused on core topics such as money management, passive income generation, and the fundamentals of financial inclusion.

As part of their week-long campaign, Prime Bank also set up an on-campus booth to open student and teacher accounts with zero service charge — a strong step towards practical financial empowerment for youth.

Keynote speakers included MM Mahbub Hasan, Head of Financial Inclusion and School Banking, Prime Bank; Saila Abedin, Head of Liability, Prime Bank; and N Nazmul A Choudhury, Deputy Managing Director, Prime Bank. The seminar was graced by Professor Dr. Md. Abdul Mazid, Vice-Chancellor of JUST, as the special guest.
