The Dialogue Domain of the University of Barishal is set to host the Public Speaking Championship 2025, supported by The Premium Homes Ltd. The event will feature workshops, multiple competitive rounds, and opportunities for students to demonstrate their speaking excellence. A total prize pool of Tk 10,000 has been announced for the winners.

The competition is open to all undergraduate and postgraduate students currently enrolled in any recognised university in Bangladesh. The registration fee has been set at Tk 100, which is non-refundable. Participants must present a valid student ID during registration and on the event day. Incomplete or inaccurate submissions may lead to cancellation.

According to the organisers, the competition is individual-based and not team-oriented. Attendance at the workshop is mandatory, and participants must deliver their speeches in Bengali. All speeches must adhere to the specified structure and time limits. The use of offensive, political, or discriminatory language is strictly prohibited, and the decisions of the judging panel will be considered final.

Participants are required to ensure originality in their speeches and give proper credit for any quotations or references used. They must also maintain professionalism, discipline, and mutual respect throughout the event. Any form of misconduct may result in disqualification.
