BRAC Bank is currently looking for an ambitious, intelligent, goal-oriented, enthusiastic individual for the following position in its Distribution Network Division:
Position: ARM to SRM, Premium Banking
Key Responsibilities
Financial:
- Identifying the target market and developing new business to enrich the portfolio and seek growth opportunities and increase wallet-share of existing business
- Increase the customer base of the Premium Banking segment
- Achieve targets in terms of building assets and liabilities outlined in the job objective
- Capitalize on cross-selling opportunities
- Communicate with customers and potential customers for sales opportunities
- Management of deposit/asset attrition
- Build and leverage client relationships to grow branch share of the client’s wallet, and maximize revenues
- Actively participate in digital activation of the assigned customers
- Communicate with respective business channels or customers to reduce NPL
- Ensure the highest level of customer retention
Compliance:
- Ensure proper operational process flow in line with internal and external policies and ensure compliance
- Ensure that local regulatory functions are in place and monitored properly
- Ensure that business risks and controls are well managed
Service Quality
- To provide high-quality service to Premium Banking customers
- Handle customer feedback and complaints efficiently
Operations
- Maintain a strong working relationship with the team and cross-functional teams for smooth operations
- Coordinate and assist in regulatory and other audits
- Timely submission of accurate compliance and risk reports
- Meet transaction processing standards and ensure good cash management
- Ensure that branches maintain records that are auditable for good audit rating
Key Qualifications
- Masters/ bachelor’s degree from a reputed university with a satisfactory academic track record
- Requires 2 to 7 years of relevant working experience
- Ability to work in a team and capability to meet deadlines
- Proficient in customer centricity, results-oriented, and self-propelled
