The Counseling and Wellness Centre of BRAC University organized the “BRACU Wellbeing Triathlon 2026,” powered by bKash, aiming to promote holistic wellness among students through a series of interactive challenges focused on mind, spirit and body.

The two-day event brought together students in activities designed to encourage mental wellbeing, emotional resilience and physical fitness.

The first segment of the programme, titled “The Inner Journey: Mind & Spirit,” was held on 4 May 2026. Participants engaged in a range of creative and intellectual activities, including memory games, brain challenges, music, poetry, art and monologue performances. The performances and activities were evaluated by jury members from diverse professional and academic backgrounds.

The second phase, “Body Challenge,” took place on 6 May 2026 and focused on physical resilience and endurance. Students participated in activities testing balance, strength, flexibility and mental resilience through yoga challenges and other wellness-based exercises.

More than 120 selected students took part in the competition, reflecting strong interest in campus-based wellness initiatives.

At the closing ceremony, cash prizes and trophies were awarded to the champion, first runner-up and second runner-up teams. All participants received certificates in recognition of their participation and commitment to personal wellbeing. Top scorers from each segment were also recognised for their performances.

Distinguished guests at the closing ceremony included Syed Ferhat Anwar, Mehtab Khanam and Tahsina Rahman.

Through initiatives such as the BRACU Wellbeing Triathlon 2026, BRAC University continues to emphasise the importance of mental health, emotional resilience and physical wellbeing as integral parts of student development.
