The Government of Malaysia, through the Malaysian Technical Cooperation Programme (MTCP), is officially inviting applications for its prestigious 2026 Scholarship cycle.

This programme is designed to support outstanding Bangladeshi students in pursuing full-time Master’s Degree studies at leading Malaysian public universities for the 2026/2027 academic session.

DEGREE LEVEL & COVERAGE This scholarship is strictly for Full-time Master’s Degree programmes (September/October intake). The award provides comprehensive financial support, including:

• Full tuition fee waiver.
• Monthly living allowance.
• Travel and related academic support.
• International academic and cultural exposure.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA To be considered for the MTCP Scholarship, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Nationality: Must be a citizen of Bangladesh.
• Age: Not more than 45 years old at the time of application.
• Academic Standing: Minimum of Second Class Upper (Honours) or a CGPA of 3.0 (or equivalent) at the Undergraduate level.
• English Proficiency: Scanned copy of original IELTS (minimum score 6) or TOEFL iBT (minimum score 60); alternatively, proof that a previous degree was obtained with English as the medium of instruction.
• Health Status: Excellent health certified by a doctor (Medical report valid within 6 months; costs borne by the applicant).
