MJL Bangladesh PLC. (MJLBPLC) is a public limited company active in Bangladesh’s downstream petroleum sector. It is a fast-growing company expanding its business in owning, managing, and operating vessels in the international market and investing in various warehousing.

Job Location: Dhaka

Educational Qualification: BBA/MBA or equivalent in any discipline from any reputable University.

Experience: At Least 4-5 years of relevant working experience. 

Major Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
  • Screen and manage incoming communications (calls, emails, etc.) and take appropriate action.
  • Prepare and organize documents and reports as required.
  • Coordinate internal and external communications, ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Arrange visas, tickets, airport protocol, and accommodations for top management’s travel.
  • Assist in the preparation of documents for approval.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

Key Skills and Abilities:

  • Proven experience as a personal secretary.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Discretion and professionalism in dealing with sensitive and confidential matters.
