SAU Computer Club welcomes 85th batch freshers with digital marketing workshop
Sher-e-Bangla Agricultural University Computer Club (SAUCC), in collaboration with WIT Institute, organised a workshop on digital marketing on 1 September as part of the freshers’ reception programme for the university’s 85th batch.
The workshop aimed to provide newly admitted students with practical insights into career development, skill building and preparing for the evolving job market.
The session was conducted by Nazif Rafi, Founder and CEO of WIT Institute, and featured hands-on activities that allowed participants to apply the concepts discussed and receive feedback on their work.
More than 150 students attended the workshop, with the interactive sessions focusing on developing industry-relevant skills and taking strategic steps towards professional careers.
Professor Dr Md Abdul Latif, Vice-Chancellor of Sher-e-Bangla Agricultural University, attended as the chief guest. Professor Dr Md Belal Hossain, Pro-Vice-Chancellor, was present as the special guest, while Professor Dr Ashabul Haque, Director of Student Counselling, attended as the guest of honour.
Professor Dr Jamilur Rahman, Chief Moderator of SAU Computer Club, was also present as chief patron.
SAUCC said it plans to continue organising similar skill-development initiatives to help students gain practical and industry-relevant skills alongside their academic studies.
