Jahangirnagar University Career Club (JUCC) organised Live MCQ presents BCS ADDA Season 7 at Jahangirnagar University after a four-year break, providing students with practical insights into BCS preparation, career planning and professional experiences.

The event featured Md Asraful Alam, 34th BCS and ADC (Revenue), Madaripur; Alija Jaman Shupti, 27th BCS, General Education; Arafat Mohammad Noman, 35th BCS and Senior Assistant Secretary, ICT Division; and Tashfikal Sami, 46th BCS and Assistant Commissioner and Executive Magistrate.

The speakers shared their experiences and guidance on BCS preparation, career planning and navigating the journey towards a career in public service.

Jahangirnagar University Vice-Chancellor Dr Mohammad Kamrul Ahsan attended the programme, along with JUCC advisers Md Awlad Hossain, Professor of Chemistry; Mahade Hasan, Associate Professor of Accounting and Information Systems; and Md Jamal Uddin, Professor of Environmental Sciences.

The Vice-Chancellor appreciated the initiative and said it was encouraging to see students coming together to take steps towards their career goals. He also praised JUCC for organising the programme.

JUCC President ASM Mashroor Raihan Sakib said BCS ADDA gives students an opportunity to learn from real-life experiences and that the club would continue creating opportunities for students’ career development.

JUCC General Secretary Syeda Samia Ashraf said such initiatives provide students with practical guidance and confidence and pledged to organise more programmes to support their professional development.

The organisers said the event created a platform for students to learn directly from experienced professionals, gain practical insights and develop greater clarity about their career goals.
