The programme will bring together students, faculty members, alumni, industry professionals and distinguished guests, including managing directors, chief executive officers, human resources heads, judges and media influencers. Department heads and faculty members from industrial and production engineering (IPE) and mechanical engineering (ME) departments across Bangladesh are also expected to participate.

The event will begin on 20 November with a rally involving students, faculty members and alumni. The day will also feature the finals of the Business Case Competition and CAD Competition.

On 21 November, the closing day, Alumni Talks will provide a platform for industry leaders and academic representatives to share their experiences and insights with participants. Night Fusion will add a cultural dimension to the event, bringing together students, faculty members, alumni and industry professionals.
