Officer, HR Operations (Hybrid)
Responsibilities
- Conducting seamless onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
- Maintaining confidential employee information record
- Collaborating closely with the payroll team to ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement for 800-1000 employees monthly
- Generating and issuing various HR-related documents such as NOCs, Salary Certificates, and employment experience letters as per requirements
- Handling absconding cases and associated procedures professionally and efficiently
- Working closely with the Employer Branding and Culture Development initiatives to foster a positive work environment
- Conducting background checks for new hires and maintaining employee personal file databases
- Conducting exit interviews and meticulously maintaining associated databases
- Cultivating strong relationships with team members, as well as internal and external stakeholders
- Assisting in the implementation and maintenance of the HRIS System
Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration degree preferably in Human Resource Management from a reputable university
- 0-2 years of experience in HR operations
- Willing and excited to roll up your sleeves and contribute to all parts of the People Team agenda with a willingness to continuously learn
