Project Officer
Requirements
Education: Diploma in Agriculture, experiences in the related field is preferable
Responsibilities:
- Formation & Functioning of Friendship Community Development Committee (FCDC) and Friendship Farmers Club (FFC)
- Conduct survey to select the beneficiaries according to the guideline
- Maintain high degree of financial integrity and accountability and ensure adherence to FRIENDSHIP policies and procedures in program spending and budget monitoring
- Develop work plan and submit to the Supervisor and ensure its implementation.
- Successfully complete the training schedule and lesson learning session.
- Organize and facilitate training·
- Provide input support to the beneficiaries·
- Time to time share new agricultural (Crop, Livestock, and Fisheries) technology with our FCDC and FFC member and motivate to implement.
Activities:
- Ensure timely submission of weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual report to the supervisor
- Documentation and Reporting
- Liaison with the different stakeholders
- Conduct TNA and FINA
- Monitor and supervise the project activities
- Monitor and evaluate the progress of IGA and develop entrepreneur Communication and coordination with our internal sector of the organization
- Any other work set by the authority of the Organization.
