Officer, Quality Assurance (Aarong Dairy)

Requirements

Education:

The candidate must have BSc in Bio-chemistry/ Food Technology/ Dairy Science with minimum CGPA 2.50 or 2nd class/ division or equivalent result in all academic examinations

Experience

  • At least 1 year
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Manufacturing (FMCG), Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Dairy
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements

  • Age, Education and Experience will be relaxed for the potential candidates
  • Experience in same field will be given preference
  • Knowledge on Food safety management system, Lab Analysis, Qualitative data analysis
  • Must have using capabilities of MS Office
  • Able to work under stress situation

Responsibilities

  • Monitor the laboratory tests and online activities based on SOP
  • Prepare starter culture for production of different fermented products
  • Prepare different reagents and solutions for laboratory analysis and ensure their strength
  • Visit to different chilling centre and empower their technician through training and motivation
  • Distribute chemicals and glassware to chilling centre and maintain the related documents
  • Conduct monthly lab inventory
  • Monitor and maintain hygiene of Factory premises
  • Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
  • Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
  • Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so
  • Perform any other jobs as assigned by the management
