Requirements
Education: Bachelor of Law (LLB), Master of Law (LLM)
Experience
- 3 to 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Airline, Real Estate, Group of Companies, Airport Service

- Must have the Bar Council Membership
- Having experience in advocating at District & Sessions Court, Dhaka.
- Drafting different kinds of plaints, complaints, applications, documentation, various kinds of deeds/agreements, legal opinions and other legal documents.Being an expert in legal research.
- Solving problems with ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) provision as required to make commercial dispute resolution easier and less time-consuming.
- Possessing good litigation skills to handle administrative procedures within public authorities.Being capable of working independently or as a team as required.
- Delivering high-quality work under deadlines.
Responsibilities & Context
- Providing legal opinion and legal vetting of charge/legal documents.
- Drafting/Scrutinizing/Vetting of commercial deeds/documents including inter alia instruments, affidavits, deeds, agreements, contracts, MoU’s/indemnity bonds, bank guarantees, consortium and collaboration agreements as well as pleadings.
- Handling all litigations apart from regulatory ones, vetting the pleadings, monitoring the case status.
- Doing the proper arrangement of withdrawing the case/suit after receiving the approval from the Management.
- Reviewing all contacts or any other documentation which the company has committed itself.
- Anticipating and managing the (legal) risks connected with or resulting from the strategy and operations.
- Providing legal advice and support on a wide range of legal activities.
- Maintaining good communication with the Law Chamber and other stakeholders and the Law Enforcement Agencies and liaison with various Govt. and Non Govt. Organizations.
