The apology message you convey is the cornerstone, and how you meticulously note, memorialize, and share the apology process both within your team and with external stakeholders is crucial. Crafting an apology message that resonates with your customers is vital when it comes to maintaining their trust and loyalty. Here are some tips on how to do it right:

In the case of the textbook broker, explain that the code was referencing outdated tables in the company’s database due to a manual coding error, even though the code was always functional.
