Twenty-five meritorious students of Chittagong University (CU) have been nominated for the Prime Minister Gold Medal for 2019, 2020 and 2021.

The University Grants Commission (UGC) disclosed the nominations in a notice signed by Md Omar Faruk, director (additional charge) of its Research Grants and Awards Division, on Tuesday (7 October).

Of the 25 students, nine were nominated for the 2019 award, while eight each were nominated for 2020 and 2021.
