Beyond the Metrics Season 3, presented by Erza Plastic and powered by Logitech, is scheduled for 23 January 2026 at the campus of the Islamic University of Technology.

Organised by the Department of Business and Technology Management (BTM), the programme aims to provide a national platform for strategic thinking, creativity and analytical skills among students.

The event is expected to unite participants from schools, colleges and universities nationwide, who will compete in a series of academic and professional challenges. The total prize pool stands at Tk390,000, with registration open until 3 January 2026.

At undergraduate level, the programme will feature three flagship competitions. BizMetrics, the business case competition, will see cross-university teams of three to four students address real-world business problems through three rounds. The first-round case will be released on 4 January, with submissions due by 8 January. The competition will progress through an online presentation round, concluding with a live on-campus final. Prize money includes Tk100,000 for the champion, Tk60,000 for the first runner-up and Tk40,000 for the second runner-up.

AdMetrics, a team-based advertising competition, will focus on creative storytelling and strategic marketing through online video commercial development. The first-round case will be released on 7 January, followed by subsequent rounds culminating in a live on-campus final with audience voting. The top three teams will receive Tk60,000, Tk40,000 and Tk25,000 respectively.

PitchMetrics, the newest addition to the programme, will simulate corporate strategy environments through individual pitching, online focus group discussions and a live final. The first round will begin on 8 January, with submissions due by 12 January. The champion and first runner-up will receive Tk40,000 and Tk25,000 respectively.

Beyond the undergraduate segment, Beyond the Metrics Season 3 will also include competitions for school and college students. These include the Business Olympiad, a fast-paced quiz and problem-solving contest, and a Poster Presentation Competition aimed at developing structured thinking, analytical clarity and visual storytelling skills among younger participants.

According to the organisers, the event seeks to encourage critical thinking and professional preparedness among students, while offering exposure to competitive, real-world problem-solving environments.
