Rajshahi hosts first divisional hult prize workshop for campus teams
Hult Prize Bangladesh hosted its first divisional workshop titled “Elevate Bangladesh”.
The Hult Prize Campus Organisers’ Workshop” on 27 November, 2025, at Varendra University, Rajshahi. Organised in collaboration with Hult Prize at Varendra University, the workshop brought together organising committee members from Varendra University, Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology (RUET), and the University of Rajshahi.
The workshop aimed to strengthen leadership, management capabilities, and operational efficiency across Hult Prize campuses in preparation for the Campus Round 2025–26. This was the first time Varendra University hosted a large-scale, professionally managed Hult Prize event.
The programme began with speeches from distinguished guests, followed by interactive sessions conducted by members of the Hult Prize Bangladesh National Team.
National Coordinator Md Aminul Islam Sharif and National Community Coordinator Md Abid Shaharia opened the workshop. Subsequent sessions were facilitated by:
- Md Thashin Rahman — On Campus Coordinator
- Rifat Hossen — On Campus Coordinator
- Abirul Islam — Marketing and Outreach Coordinator
- Nahian Ullah Nishat — Partnerships and Alliances Coordinator
- Pranta Barua — Judges and Experts Coordinator
- Ahadil Faysal Jony — Project and Innovation Coordinator
The coordinators shared planning strategies, operational guidelines, and approaches to ensure strong campus representation on the global Hult Prize platform. The event concluded with a musical and recreation segment, creating an energetic and memorable ending.
Hult Prize Bangladesh, the national hub of the Hult Prize Foundation, oversees campus operations, trains organisers, and ensures Bangladesh’s active participation on the global stage of social entrepreneurship.
Closing remarks were delivered by Mst Fahmida Akter, campus director of Hult Prize at Varendra University for 2025–26 and a student of the CSE department at Varendra University.
