Salman Al Farsy, Campus Director of Hult Prize at the University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh (ULAB) for the 2025-2026 cohort, has been recognised among the top six Campus Directors across Central and South Asia in recognition of his leadership, innovation and impact.

The recognition acknowledges Salman’s efforts to expand the reach of the Hult Prize programme at ULAB through initiatives that extended beyond entrepreneurship competitions. During his tenure, he led community engagement programmes, sustainability campaigns, corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives and strategic collaborations aimed at encouraging students to become changemakers.

According to the organisers, his leadership helped create an inclusive environment where students were encouraged to develop innovative solutions to real-world challenges. He also played a key role in strengthening partnerships, organising student-focused initiatives and promoting social entrepreneurship within the university.

The recognition places Salman among the leading Hult Prize Campus Directors from Central and South Asia, representing universities in Bangladesh, India, Pakistan, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan.

The achievement highlights the growing role of Bangladeshi students in regional leadership and social innovation. It also reflects the increasing contribution of youth-led initiatives in promoting entrepreneurship, collaboration and sustainable development across the region.
