Naimuz Saadat Niloy

Being a student of finance, I am being taught about being rational, money, investment, and how all these factors can change the world for good. But sometimes these things are achieved at the cost of morality, virtue, and the world itself. And these costs are incurred, in my opinion, from our irrational, superficial, and hasty judgment of how should we perceive the world. We are not taught the long-term consequences of how we do things, we are only taught of short-term results. I want to change how we learn things and imbue the purpose of why we were created; to live harmoniously, collaboratively, and preserve and sustain knowledge to pass them on. The change I want to see in this world is not an individual task but the acknowledgment that we are astray of what we could have been and the drive towards what we should be is the way to achieving a world we all want to live in.
