Responsibilities & Context
We are looking for Female Executive, Accounts & Admin.
- Oversee daily expenditures, vouchers, checking bills and daily cash transactions;
- Well conversant in Accounting System & Standard; Cost control and monitoring daily cash expenses;
- Ensure that financial reports and supporting schedules/verification of daily voucher/ documents are produced for audit, as per Management;
- Timely and accurate recording of all financial transactions in line with organizational system
- Daily reporting to superior authority / management.
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations for management decision.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial information.
- Maintain banking functions independently, keeping liaison with our partners and banks for financial issues.
- Should have competency on computer based accounting system ‘Tally’ & advanced knowledge in Excel. Have to maintain the administrative issues.
- Having capability in suggesting integration of various company activities
- To perform any other job as per requirement.
Requirements
Education: Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting, Master of Commerce (MCom) in finnance, Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
Experience
- 1 to 3 years
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements
- Age 25 to 35 years
- Minimum 1-3 years of direct customer care experience
- Customer service or the beauty industry, like a beauty salon, Arong, or Qrius
- Should be presentable, elegant, lively and self-starting in implementing policies based on organization’s objectives,
- Candidates with beauty salon management experience will be given preference.
- Candidates who have experience in accounting are also encouraged to apply.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills in both Bengali and English
- must be smart and presentable.
- Good listening skills and analytical skills.
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
- Willingness to work any shift or roster.
- Microsoft Excel literacy is a must.
