Account Services Officer

We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join the team in the role of Account Services Officer, Wholesale Client & Account Servicing, Wholesale Operations, Global Operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from a public/private university preferably from Business background
- Strong communication (written and verbal), interpersonal and time management skill; ability to learn quickly and to work within tight time frame.
- Advance knowledge on Central Bank’s guidelines/circulars, internal control requirements, and core banking operations along with HUB Knowledge will be added advantage.
- Strong time management and decision-making skill.
- Diverse experience and a variety of skills related to managing technology, business, and people.
- Must be able to prioritize work and take supervised decisions.
In this role, you will:
- Ensure the SLA, Quality and service performance are met at given standard and with accordance to timeline agreed timeline with internal and external stake holders.
- Contribute to Overall Operating Efficiency (OOE) by proper usage of Time Capturing system to improve operating efficiency. Minimize operational error and logging errors into IQMS portal.
- Proactively identify financial crime risks (AML, Sanctions and AB&C) within CMB, utilizing available tools /support functions as appropriate and undertake all requisite actions to mitigate/eradicate unacceptable risk.
- Own and proactively ensure completion of all Group assigned Mandatory Trainings (including those specified in Compliance Schedules) by self and your team members as required.
- Ensure timely & adequate response to Stakeholders has been righty managed for WCAS.
- Ensure awareness of Group & Local Regulatory Policy, Internal & External Audit Findings and Guidance from Compliance, regarding own area of operations.
- Contribute to the operational simplification and process initiatives to ensure team’s objectives for achieving year on year efficiency upliftment target is met.
