Requirements

Education: Candidates should have Masters in Aquaculture/ Fisheries/ Fisheries Technology or Marine Science in a reputed university.

Responsibilities

Open New Dealer and Increase Sales: i) Frequently visit customers; ii) Search the dealer & assist management to source best dealer; iii) Order collection & booking to respective Dept; iv) Ensure delivery from Feed-mill or Hatchery.
Credit Control: i) Monitoring on time payment by the dealers; ii) Payment collection from the customers; iii) Frequently communicate with dealers for reducing dues.
Technical Support: i) Provide technical service to the Customer regarding feed/Aquaculture; ii) Observe the condition of farm; iii) Give technical direction if found any requirement.
Achieve Target and Market Expansion: i) Searching and expansion of new markets; ii) Follow-up daily sales and report to BU Head for present situation; iii) Frequent market survey and report to BU Head.
Any other duties as may reasonably be required, consistent with the grade of the position.
