Area Sales Manager (Home Appliance) | Walton Hi-Tech Industries PLC

Responsibilities & Context

  • Take effective measures to reduce market overdue.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of all parties in your area. Identify market gaps and increase sales by opening new distributors.
  • Ensure sales growth in your area based on product categories. Analyze sales data from the last 6 months to 1 year to identify products/models with poor or good sales performance, and take steps for improvement.
  • Collect and maintain information about all product distributors in your market area and ensure that at least 70% of them have products at their locations by maintaining communication with them.
  • Keep all distributor files updated as per company policy and ensure compliance during distributor openings.
  • Ensure timely communication of all official instructions to distributors and retailers.
  • Have a complete understanding of the company’s sales policies and products, and inform distributors accordingly.
  • Stay informed about the sales management, offers, and monthly sales performance of similar product companies in your market area.
  • Provide full assistance to distributors in resolving market overdue or party-related issues and present them to the DSM.
  • Collaborate with the logistics team and support them in all tasks. You must enter monthly tour plans, tour bills, orders, collection entries, and attendance on the Bismoshun app in a timely manner.

Requirements

Education: HSC

Experience

  • 3 to 7 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances
