Responsibilities & Context

Partnership Development & Management

  • Identify, engage, and establish partnerships with Banks, MFS providers, and other payment service providers to enhance payment solutions for our eCommerce platform
  • Negotiate and execute partnership agreements to introduce promotional campaigns, cashback offers, and co-branded initiatives
  • Act as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring smooth collaboration and issue resolution

Strategy & Execution

  • Develop partnership strategies to increase customer acquisition, enhance user experience, and drive transactions
  • Work closely with internal teams (Finance, Product, Marketing, and Operations) to integrate and optimize partnership solutions
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new partnership opportunities

Performance Monitoring & Optimization

  • Track, analyze, and report the performance of partnership campaigns and promotions
  • Continuously optimize partnership programs based on data insights and business objectives
  • Ensure compliance with all contractual obligations and regulatory requirements

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field

Experience: 3-5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or fintech-related roles, preferably in eCommerce, banking, or MFS sectors
