Responsibilities & Context

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare drafts as per approval, publish official documents, and maintain proper documentation.
  • Prepare various certificates and provide them to the concerned employees in a timely manner.
  • Ensure efficient record-keeping and documentation management in compliance with company policies.

Additional Responsibilities: Carry out any other assignments provided by the Supervisor, Deputy Head of Department (DHOD), and Head of Department (HOD).

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree/BBA/B.Sc./Diploma Or a related field (Master’s preferred).

Experience

  • 2 to 4 years
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements

  • Age 20 to 30 years
  • Proven experience in office management, administrative support, or related roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
