Responsibilities & Context
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare drafts as per approval, publish official documents, and maintain proper documentation.
- Prepare various certificates and provide them to the concerned employees in a timely manner.
- Ensure efficient record-keeping and documentation management in compliance with company policies.
Additional Responsibilities: Carry out any other assignments provided by the Supervisor, Deputy Head of Department (DHOD), and Head of Department (HOD).
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree/BBA/B.Sc./Diploma Or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Experience
- 2 to 4 years
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements
- Age 20 to 30 years
- Proven experience in office management, administrative support, or related roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
