Responsibilities & Context
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify procurement needs.
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for cost-effective, high-quality products and services.
- Conduct market analysis to identify the best supply sources.
- Manage supplier pre-qualification and RFQ/RFP processes.
- Analyze supplier offers and perform cost-benefit analysis for selection.
- Prepare negotiations and oversee contract awarding.
- Monitor supplier performance and maintain relationships.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulations.
- Identify improvement areas to enhance efficiency and results.
- Assess and mitigate supply risks while ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Provide reports to users, plants, and management as required.
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Supply Chain Management
- Training on Sourcing & Procurement
Experience
- 1 to 3 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Plastic/ Polymer Industry, Sanitary ware, Tiles/Ceramic, Steel
